1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Rostey workforce management software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Service Provision & Subscriptions

Rostey provides workforce scheduling, time tracking, modern award interpretation, and payroll synchronization on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per active user as indicated on our pricing page.

3. 14-Day Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No payment card is required to begin. At the conclusion of the trial period, continuous service requires selecting an active subscription tier.

4. Customer Data Ownership

You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to all roster data, staff profiles, and timesheets uploaded to Rostey. We do not sell or monetize your proprietary business information.

5. Service Level Agreement & Support

We maintain a targeted 99.9% uptime for core API and scheduling infrastructure. Regular maintenance windows are scheduled outside peak Australian and global shift changeover hours.
